Introduction
Northeast Claims Adjusters is looking for motivated, people-oriented individuals to join our team as Entry-Level Claims Adjusters. This is a client-facing role where you’ll help policyholders navigate the claims process and secure the compensation they deserve. No prior adjusting experience? No problem — we’re willing to train the right candidates who bring eagerness to learn, strong communication skills, and a genuine love for helping people.
Key Responsibilities
- Fluient in Chinese (Required)
- Assist policyholders with property damage claims from start to finish.
- Learn how to inspect damages and understand insurance policies (training provided).
- Build trust and rapport with clients, guiding them through the claims process.
- Negotiate with insurance companies to maximize settlements.
- Maintain organized records and provide updates to clients throughout their claim.

Compensation
- Entry-level pay: $700–$1,000 per week.
