Northeast Claims Adjusters is looking for motivated, people-oriented individuals to join our team as Entry-Level Claims Adjusters. This is a client-facing role where you’ll help policyholders navigate the claims process and secure the compensation they deserve. No prior adjusting experience? No problem — we’re willing to train the right candidates who bring eagerness to learn, strong communication skills, and a genuine love for helping people.

Key Responsibilities
  • Fluient in Chinese (Required)
  • Assist policyholders with property damage claims from start to finish.
  • Learn how to inspect damages and understand insurance policies (training provided).
  • Build trust and rapport with clients, guiding them through the claims process.
  • Negotiate with insurance companies to maximize settlements.
  • Maintain organized records and provide updates to clients throughout their claim.
What We’re Looking For
  • Outgoing, personable, and comfortable engaging with new people.
  • A natural communicator with people skills similar to sales — but driven by genuine care for clients.
  • Eagerness to learn and grow into a senior role over time.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and ready to work in a performance-driven environment.
  • No prior claims adjusting experience required — we provide full training.
Compensation
  • Entry-level pay: $700–$1,000 per week.
